Why: She wanted the money, so she had been stealing from 2006-2010
How: Helped herself into the company safe (she worked at the company)

Why: Robbed the place and managed to escape with a small amount of money
How: A small 9mm handgun and a mask

Why: Neighbors saw the fire, knew no one was home, so they fought the fire for them
